Who may use porn-hub.io
porn-hub.io is for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The site handles adult subject matter about Pornhub, and confirming your age on the 18+ notice is your own statement; a false answer breaches these terms. The Disclaimer forms part of them and sets out what the information can and cannot promise.
What porn-hub.io is and is not
porn-hub.io publishes information drawn from cited public sources, not legal advice. It is not operated by Aylo, which controls Pornhub.com according to the US Justice Department information of December 2023, and the Pornhub name appears only to identify the service the pages describe. How facts are chosen and checked is explained on the About Us page.
Rules for using the site
You agree not to attack the site’s security, scrape it at scale, disrupt it, or republish its text without permission. These are the ordinary limits on use; nothing here grants a licence to the Pornhub name or to Aylo’s trademarks, which belong to their owner.
Age-check laws are your responsibility
Where you may reach Pornhub depends on local law, and complying with it is on you. In the UK, porn services have had to run strong age checks since 25 July 2025, according to Ofcom. In Texas, House Bill 1181 requires age verification, and the Texas Attorney General sued Aylo over it. porn-hub.io does not explain how to get around blocks or age checks, and doing so can break local law.

porn-hub.io links to Pornhub and other sites, and some links are affiliate links, as the Affiliate Disclosure explains; it does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, prices or conduct. The site is provided as is, and to the fullest extent the law allows porn-hub.io is not liable for loss arising from its use. Data handling is covered by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, and the Contact page explains how to reach the editor.
